Experience our range of premium cold smoked Greenland halibut, perfectly trimmed by hand, gently smoked over beech wood and pre-sliced for added convenience – perfect for a sandwich or a salad on the go. Try our delicate and juicy cold-water prawns and crayfish in brine to add a touch of luxury to a sandwich or prawn cocktail or dive into our truly delicate lumpfish roe to add a 'pop' of decadence.
